Fruit Salad 55+ servings


FRUIT SALAD for 55 servings…

Ingredients
    • 1 (106 1/3 ounce) cans peach slices, undrained
    • 1 (73 1/3 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, undrained
    • 1 (11 1/2 ounce) boxes dry vanilla instant pudding mix
    • 3 2/3 lbs strawberries, stemmed and quartered
    • 3 2/3 bananas, sliced
    • 1 7/8 pints blueberries
    • 3 2/3 bunches grapes ( I use the red ones)
    • 3 2/3-7 1/3 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine peaches, pineapples, and vanilla pudding mix.
  2. This includes the juices from the cans.
  3. Mix well until pudding is dissolved.
  4. Stir in strawberries, banana, blueberries, grapes, and sugar if desired.
  5. Chill
